Return/Refund/Shipping Policy

All sales are final. Italian Motors does not provide refunds of any kind.
Certain circumstances will allow for exchange or return for in store credit. To request an authorization please contact customer service at info@italianmotors.com
Clearance items, used items, custom orders or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges will not be eligible for the free shipping promotion and you will be responsible for the shipping amount of the exchanged item.
If the item was defective or damaged prior to you receiving it, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back in their own prepaid, insured and traceable packaging (does not have to be the same it came in) and courier.
If an item was damaged during shipping, IM will submit a claim with the shipping company. The shipping company is responsible for replacing the part and refunding any applicable shipping charges.
Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
Free Shipping only applies to continental USA residents. Continental USA orders under $50 pay a $8 Flat Rate Shipping Fee on orders. Free shipping does not applicable to all items.
International Orders may need to prepay for shipping with a $10 deposit when order placed on some items. Shipping will be calculated manually when unable to arrange at time of order. Some items may have to be recalculated due to packing for some international orders. Any taxes, duties, brokerage will be paid by customer unless arranged differently. All funds in USD.
